[00:00:08] Michael Shackleford: Hello! This is Mike Shackleford from the 2016 Cutting Edge Table Game Show taking place at the Flamingo in Las Vegas. Today, I have the pleasure of being joined by someone many of you may recognize, Angela Wyman.

[00:00:16] Angela Marie Wyman: Hi Mike! How are you doing today?

[00:00:17] Michael: Good, and yourself?

[00:00:18] Angela: I'm great. [laughs]

[00:00:19] Michael: My viewers might remember Angela since she has been a part of nearly all my instructional videos about gambling. She also frequently attends these trade shows to showcase the latest table games. Which game are you featuring this time?

[00:00:32] Angela: I’m at Money Suit 31 this time.

[00:00:34] Michael: Alright, what do you have for us? Money Suit 31? I believe I have a webpage dedicated to that on my site, but for those who aren't familiar yet, could you explain it in more detail?

[00:00:43] Angela: I’d love to.

[00:00:45] Michael: What are the rules?

[00:00:47] Angela: Money Suit 31 is a card game where players aim to combine suited cards to achieve a minimum point total of 17. We will be utilizing the blackjack point system where face cards hold a value of 10, and aces count as 11, making it easy to grasp. It’s a game played with three cards, and players can also opt for an additional fourth card if they'd like. The best three cards are always taken into account, so it’s straightforward.

[00:01:10] Michael: What is the house edge when played perfectly?

[00:01:14] Angela: 3.04%

[00:01:16] Michael: Could you walk us through a few examples, please?

[00:01:18] Angela: Absolutely! We've rolled our unique dice to determine our Money Suit for this demonstration, which will be the spade. After placing your required ante and your optional bonus, we deal three face-down cards to you, with the possibility of a fourth. You can now check your cards. The goal is to have suited cards that sum up to at least 17. You have the option to either fold or continue, but in this case, you're going to proceed, since you already have a winning hand. Now the dealer will resolve the round. I happen to have a suited 20, so we can go ahead and reward the bonus with a one-to-one payout. We'll reveal the fourth card and see if we can improve our hand. We indeed do! Our best three cards and the fourth now total up to 30. The ante pays one-to-one, and looking at our payout table, you can see that 30 pays out at four-to-one. Quite simple, isn't it?

[00:01:58] Michael: Thank you, Angela, for demonstrating those examples. For further details on Money Suit 31, be sure to visit my website at internetradiomercedes.com, where you can also try out a demo of the game.

[00:02:11] Angela: Thank you again for stopping by this year, Mike. I always enjoy our chats.

[00:02:14] Michael: It's always a pleasure to see you, Angela.
