Casino Hold \"Em

SOFTSWISS\" Casino Hold \"Em This game uses the traditional 1-2-3-10-20-100 Ante pay table, allowing for a house edge of 2.16%.

What is usually referred to as the AA+ in other games, is termed the \"AA Bonus\" here. This bet follows a pay table of 7-20-30-40-50-100, resulting in a house edge of 2.97%. However, beware that the pay table for this bet indicates a \"straight or lower\" pays at 7 to 1, which could imply that everything pays at least that rate. In reality, they seem to mean that a pair of aces to a straight pays at a 7 to 1 rate.

Let it Ride

Let it Ride

SOFTSWISS follows the usual Let it Ride The game offers a 1,2,3,4,5,8,11,20,200,1000 pay table, resulting in a house edge of 3.51%. Additionally, there is a side bet structured on a 6,9,25,50,75,100,2000,20000 pay table, which I estimate has a house edge of 6.14%.

There are just two video poker variations available: Jacks or Better and Joker Poker, known in some regions as Japan Dream or Wild Texas. I was unable to get Japan Dream operational during my review, but I could access the pay table, which is identical to that of Wild Texas.

The table below lists the available Video Poker games in alphabetical order.

This is a well-designed and simple horse racing game featuring eight horses, with the option to bet on win, place, or show outcomes.

Assuming the house edge remains consistent across all win bets, I calculate the house edge to be between 6.05% to 6.08%, depending on the specific odds provided.

Roulette

French Roulette

There are three versions of roulette — American, European, and French roulettes. They utilize proper terminology, which is quite exceptional for an online casino, correctly matching the rules to the title of each game, as follows:

  • American Roulette: Features a double-zero wheel, leading to a house edge of 5.26% (except for the troubling 0-00-1-2-3 bet, which has a 7.89% edge).
  • European Roulette: Utilizes a single-zero wheel, which results in a house edge of 2.78% on every bet placed.
  • French Roulette: Also utilizes a single-zero wheel, but players only lose half their bet on even-money bets if the ball lands on zero. This leads to a house edge of 1.35% for even-money bets and 2.78% for all others.

Baccarat

Baccarat

Standard baccarat The rules appear to be followed. However, the number of decks used isn't specified in the rules. They offer a minimal 8 to 1 payout for ties (some more generous software brands pay 9 to 1). When I reviewed this, I found two baccarat games available, but only the second game seemed functional.

Blackjack

Blackjack Surrender

There are five blackjack options available. The best two options are the standard blackjack version and multi-hand blackjack, both sharing the same rules, which result in a house edge of 0.56%.

The term European blackjack can be misleading. Typically, the key distinction for European blackjack is that the dealer does not draw a hole card, exposing the player to the risk of a dealer blackjack when doubling down or splitting against a 10 or ace. However, the SOFTSWISS variant does take a hole card, mirroring the U.S. game format. The reason for the ‘European’ label remains puzzling.

The Multi-hand Blackjack Pro game includes a 'Bonus Bet,' similar to the side bet offered by Net Entertainment. Double Jack In that setting, the payout structure is 10-25-100 and has a house edge of 4.93%.

According to my observations, there are a total of 17 distinct slot machines available. The majority adhere to the traditional 5-reel format. Gameplay is enjoyable, straightforward, and fast-paced.

Conclusion

SOFTSWISS has developed a comprehensive casino software suite, which features table games, video slots, video poker, virtual horse racing, and parlor games. The games themselves are largely standard; however, the casino's baccarat variant tends to be quite restrictive when it comes to payout for ties. Overall, the software is decent, and players can expect a solid variety of titles to keep them engaged.
