Introduction

FIlsGame, a developer of casino games, has origins in both Austria and Italy. The company started its operations in 2016 and has since been creating various slot machines and table games. However, the quality of the games released has been disappointing. Players encounter poor payout rates (such as blackjack even money), high house advantages, and subpar graphics. Overall, my experience with this software has been quite negative. I strongly advise steering clear of the games from this developer, as there are significantly better options in the market, regardless of the type of game you're interested in.

Table Games

Imagine a software company where blackjack pays even money, doesn't allow odds bets in craps, and features a bingo game with a staggering 52% house edge. Unfortunately, this scenario is real, and the guilty party is Fils Game.

Video Poker

Joker Poker

The two video poker options presented have standard pay tables. However, they lack a clear incentive for players to place maximum bets of five coins. For a royal flush, all you earn is 250 times your initial wager.

Beware the scary joker in joker poker.

Keno

Keno

Keno is played with the standard rules where players may opt for one card at a time. The return rates vary from 92.09% (for picking 2 numbers) to 92.96% (for picking 3 numbers), which seems rather stingy for an online game in my opinion.

Greyhound Race

Dog Race

In the Dog Race game, the same six dogs are featured with consistent odds each time, which I find to be an uninspired design. Below, you can find the average returns for the three betting options.

  • Win: 85.91%
  • Place: 85.34%
  • Show: 85.25%

These odds are exceptionally low. I suggest you steer clear of this game.

Fils Game has a Horse Racing game listed on its website, but I encountered technical issues trying to access it.

Bingo

bingo_90.jpg.jpg
Bingo

In the Bingo game, players use a set of 90 numbers on 3x5 cards. A participant can play anywhere from one to four cards simultaneously. Although the cards consist of nine columns, each row contains four empty spots, effectively making them equivalent to 3x5. There is also a variant called 75-number bingo, which is played on 5x5 cards, and I will address that separately.

Players can opt for a ball draw consisting of 45, 55, or 65 numbers. Naturally, fewer numbers lead to higher payouts. The table below illustrates the payouts for covering one to three lines, based on how many balls are drawn.

Bingo Pay Table

Balls 1 Line 2 Lines 3 Lines
65 1 2 20
55 2 10 50
45 5 50 100

The subsequent table details the probabilities and payout contributions for the 45-ball version. The bottom right cell indicates a return of 48.36%.

3 100 0.000008 0.000753
Total   1.000000 0.483645

The table that follows shows the probabilities and payout contributions for the 55-ball version, with a return of 57.37% displayed in the lower right cell.

55 Number Return Table

3 50 0.000260 0.012992
Total   1.000000 0.573711

This next table presents the probabilities along with the payout contributions for the 65-ball version. The lower right cell indicates a return of 64.08%.

65 Number Return Table

Rows Covered Pays Probability Return
0 0 0.525525 0.000000
1 1 0.389654 0.389654
2 2 0.080293 0.160586
3 20 0.004528 0.090565
Total   1.000000 0.640805

With return percentages of 48%, 57%, and 64% respectively, I would recommend completely avoiding this game.

Bingo 75

bingo75.jpg.jpg
Bingo 75

Bingo 75 utilizes 5x5 American bingo cards that include a free square. Players can only engage with one card at a time. I won't delve into the odds, as the calculations for 5x5 bingo can be quite complex. Considering the poor odds in Fils Game's other bingo offering, involving 90 numbers, I suspect the odds in this game are similarly unfavorable.

Craps

craps.jpg.jpg
Craps

While I commend Fils Game for attempting to create a craps game, which is often complex to adapt for online platforms, my praise stops there. A significant shortcoming is that players are unable to place odds bets following a pass, come, don't pass, or don't come bet. In my experience, I have never seen a craps game that offers zero odds.

To compound the issue, the lay bets are structured to pay out fair odds minus a 5% fee on the winnings. However, they actually provide zero odds, essentially granting the player just a 5% commission. For example, I placed a $100 lay bet on a four. Upon winning, I received my initial bet back along with just an additional $2.50 in winnings. This results in an alarming house edge of 65.83%. Despite the poor odds in other games, I suspect this might be a flaw in the software.

I won't even begin to discuss the rest of the issues. This craps offering is abysmal and requires immediate attention for fixes.

Baccarat

baccarat.jpg.jpg
baccarat

The baccarat game is quite simplistic, featuring only the three main betting options. Below you can find the house edge associated with each.

  • Player: 1.24%
  • Banker: 1.06%
  • Tie: 14.44%

Blackjack

blackjack_21.jpg.jpg
Blackjack 21

Fils Game provides two options for playing blackjack. The first is simply called 'blackjack' and is reasonably acceptable. There are, however, some bugs such as the inability to double down with a total of 8 (which is permitted with totals of 9 and above) and restrictions on splitting tens. The game does not specify the number of decks used, but assuming it employs eight, the house edge would be approximately 0.60%.

The second version is labeled Blackjack 21, where a blackjack pays EVEN money! That's right, it's a 1 to 1 payout. To make matters worse, the dealer does not check for blackjack, and players cannot double down after splitting. This game has a house edge of 2.97%, making it the worst online blackjack option I have ever encountered.

American Roulette

All three variants of roulette appear quite fundamental. Two of them are single-zero with a house edge of 2.70%, while the American roulette variant is double-zero, imposing a house edge of 5.26% on most wagers.

During an American roulette session, the ball landed on zero, yet it was inaccurately listed as 37 in the history section.

Red Dog

red_dog.jpg.jpg
Red Phoenix

Fils Game calls their red dog The game titled Red Phoenix includes just the standard base gameplay without side bets. Just a reminder, the house edge here stands at 2.75%, and players should only increase their stake with a spread of seven or more.

It would be simplistic to claim that slots are the area where Fils Game excels. However, given the disappointing performance of their other games, that statement carries little weight.

I must admit that the graphics in the slot games are appealing. Nevertheless, the gameplay seems to follow a monotonous pattern across all games. It appears to be a single design dressed up differently but with the same two bonuses - one for free spins and another for item picking - each time.

Unfortunately, there is no information available regarding the return rates on the games.
