My experience here was extremely disappointing, and it feels almost unreal when playing. It seems that Ladbrokes opted for the cheapest design options for their website, resulting in a layout that offers very minimal promotions. One enjoyable aspect of playing slots is the thrill of watching the reels spin for big wins, but here, your balance updates before the first reel even lands, which diminishes the excitement because you almost always know the outcome beforehand. I recognize that this is a small issue, but minor flaws can lead to bigger problems down the line. While there is a live support icon conveniently located at the top left, getting in touch with an agent may require a wait of about half an hour, plus an additional ten minutes for them to respond. Most of the game offerings here are largely limited to Playtech slots, which, in my view, lack the excitement and rewards compared to other casinos.

in this casino I lost a lot of money I have opted to self-exclude from this casino for approximately two years, during which I've never managed to make a withdrawal, consistently losing instead, so I do not consider this casino worthwhile.

While visiting Spain, I made a deposit at this casino. Although it has an attractive design and around-the-clock customer support, their monthly withdrawal limits are a downside. Nevertheless, they do offer an appealing welcome bonus for new players.

The look of Ace Kingdom strikes me as somewhat unserious; its website design seems like it was made for a younger audience, which I do not appreciate. On a positive note, their no-deposit bonus and initial deposit welcome bonus come with favorable wagering requirements, but many countries are still barred from participating.

Despite its childlike design, which I find unfitting, Ace Kingdom’s no-deposit and initial deposit bonuses have reasonable wagering requirements, and their e-wallet withdrawals within 48 hours are commendable, especially compared to many other Playtech casinos that take longer tempos.

I stumbled upon this site after receiving a £25 free offer via email from Ladbrokes. I cannot recall the wagering requirements accurately, but I believe they were excessively high, around 60x. There isn’t much variety in games offered here; it essentially operates as the Ladbrokes casino with its exclusive focus on Playtech titles.

The site feels redundant, almost like there was no need to create it. Playtech games don’t tend to offer the best payouts.

They are fairly reliable due to their association with Ladbrokes, and occasionally, they offer some nice bonuses. However, cashout speeds could be improved, and their game selection could use more variety.

Being under the Ladbrokes umbrella provides some reliability. They do introduce some decent peripheral offers occasionally. Nonetheless, they don’t expedite withdrawals and their selection of slot games certainly leaves something to be desired. As highlighted in previous comments.

This casino gives out occasional no deposit bonuses every few months, which is commendable, but many of the slot games don’t yield significant wins, and most bonus plays result in no winnings at all, making me hesitant to deposit any money.

I have heard from a friend that this casino exhibited poor payout practices; he reportedly waited over six weeks for a £100 win to be processed! This is extremely disappointing, especially for a casino affiliated with Ladbrokes, considering he has been a loyal VIP member since 2004.

What I heard from a friend about AceKingdom was quite unsettling; it took them more than six weeks to process a win of just £100! It’s inexcusable for a site linked to Ladbrokes. He had to submit multiple ID confirmations and even wrote to management before they reluctantly resolved the issue. I would advise against participating here; the website's layout is very confusing and difficult for managing deposits and withdrawals. It feels almost like it was designed by a child. My rating: 0.5/5 – DO NOT RECOMMEND!
