Global Gaming Expo

I recently returned from the International Interactive Gaming Summit and Expo held in Montreal. A generous client of mine upgraded my flight to first class on United Airlines. However, I felt somewhat let down by the experience. The food served was on par with what you would get in economy class. When I think back to my first-class experience with Delta, flying from New York to Nice last year, United’s offering felt lackluster in comparison. Additionally, there was no first-class lounge available to relax in during my three-hour layover in Chicago.

During my stay, I was at the Travelodge. Although there was an issue with my reservations made through hotels.com, the location was excellent, and with an average price of $106 US, it was quite affordable. The rooms were compact and basic, but for a solo traveler, that was more than sufficient.

This was my first significant internet gaming exhibition in three years, and it was a pleasure to reconnect with familiar faces. As usual, I had a great time enjoying dining experiences, casinos, and golf with industry peers from companies like Winner Online, Casino Meister, and Got2Bet. Bryan Bailey from Casino Meister documented his experience in a blog post, which includes some delightful photos. One in particular caught my eye; I can’t decide whether to laugh or feel embarrassed because it was captured at a raucous party hosted by the Gambling Federation, and I had to cover my ears to protect my hearing. his newsletter The highlight of the week was winning a 5-day Caribbean cruise through Casino Pays in a raffle. I haven’t actually received the tickets yet, but I’m eagerly anticipating holding them in my hands soon. My next getaway is a family trip to the stunning big island of Hawaii in July.
