Super Bowl 50 Proposition Bets

Introduction

I'm going to simplify things more than I did previously for Super Bowl 49 Here’s a compilation of my preferred betting props for Super Bowl 50. The 'buy' points refer to the prices that you should realistically expect to see locally. If you have some time, it’s advantageous to look around, since the prices on props can vary greatly across different casinos.

• The first score will be a touchdown. Place a bet at -140 or better.
• Two-point conversion – NO, with a bet at -350 or better.
• Will both teams have a lead during the first half? – NO, bet at -150 or better.
• Will Carolina score a touchdown in the first quarter? – YES, bet at +120 or better.
• Carolina punts under 4.5. Bet at +115 or better.
• Will Denver score a touchdown in the fourth quarter? – NO, bet at +120 or better.
• Denver's total first downs will be under 19.5, bet at -135 or better.
• Will Denver be the first team to reach 20 points? – Bet at +210 or better.
• Will Denver score in every quarter? – NO, bet at -360 or better.
• Denver's total punts will be under 5.5, bet at -115 or better.
• Denver's total kicking points will be under 7.5, bet at -115 or better.
• Total field goals will be under 3.5, bet at -125 or better.
• Total first downs will be over 39.5, bet at even money or better.
• Total punts will be under 9.5, bet at even money or better.
• Punts under 10 -- Bet at -140 or better.
• Safety -- No. Bet at -800 or better.
• Overtime -- No. Bet at -900 or better.
