Scossa
Introduction
Scossa is a dice game that I came across at the Red Rock Casino in Las Vegas on May 17, 2011. Although the table was not operational at that moment, they conveniently provided rule cards for reference. If I remember correctly, 'scossa' translates from Italian to 'toss', specifically referring to tossing dice.
Similar to the game of craps, no expertise is necessary to participate; players simply place their bets and roll the dice. Essentially, this game combines the straightforward nature of roulette with the dice-rolling aspect of craps. When compared to craps, the exotic bets offer significantly better odds.
Rules
A variety of betting options are available for players. Most of these bets are resolved after a single roll of the dice, with the exception of the Triple Sevens bet.
The shooter continues to roll the dice until they hit a total of 2, 3, or 12. On average, each shooter will take about nine rolls.
Below are all the specific betting options detailed.

* A win of 9 to 2 is awarded to the dealer, which results in an expected return of -2.78% when including the tip. However, I usually define a win based on what the player receives. For instance, in games involving an 'envy bonus', I calculate the potential winnings for the player placing the bet based on the cards of others, not what others could possibly win from him. In the scenario of the 'Lucky 7 for the dealer', the player has no chance to win from it, hence the probability is noted as 0, indicating the expected return is -100%.
I’m not suggesting you shouldn't tip the dealer, but I do believe this specific betting option for tipping is somewhat excessive.
