Fabulous 4 Baccarat
Introduction
Fabulous 4 Baccarat is a unique version of the game that I've learned is offered at the Marina Bay Sands casino located in Singapore.
Rules
I'm going to presume that the reader has a basic understanding of the rules for conventional baccarat The rules for Fabulous 4 Baccarat mirror those of traditional baccarat with specific additions and exceptions.
- Eight decks of cards are used.
- A successful Banker wager will yield a payout of 2 to 1 for a total of 1, break even for a total of 4, and provide even money on all other totals.
- A winning wager on the Player will offer a payout of 2 to 1 for a total of 1, 1-2 for a total of 4, and even money for all other totals.
- The tie wager offers the same payout as in standard baccarat, which is 8 to 1.
- There are two side bets called 'Player Fabulous Pair' and 'Banker Fabulous Pair.' The payouts for these depend on the first two cards in each hand. A matched pair of the same suit pays 7 to 1, a mismatched pair pays 4 to 1, and any two suited cards of different ranks pay 1 to 1. Any cards that are different in rank and suit will result in a loss.
- Additionally, there’s a side wager named 'Player Fabulous 4' that pays out 50 to 1 when a Player's total equals 4.
- There’s also a side bet called 'Banker Fabulous 4' that offers a payout of 25 to 1 for a Player's total of 4.
