Burn 20 Blackjack is a variant I encountered for the first time at Binion's in downtown Las Vegas in July 2011. This game is based on traditional blackjack but introduces some unique elements. The main idea is that players need not worry about facing a difficult two-card 20. However, to balance this, if the dealer busts with 22 points, any remaining players will only push, rather than win.

9. If the dealer has a 10 showing, they will utilize a card reader to examine the hidden card. Should that card also be a 10, both cards are discarded and the dealer will draw two new cards from the deck.
10. Moreover, if a dealer with a 10 showing reveals a suited ace through the card reader, leading to a suited blackjack, they too will discard those cards and draw the next two from the deck.
11. Following any discard by the dealer, they will repeat this procedure until they no longer possess a two-card hard 20 or any blackjack. It's important to note that the dealer discards all blackjacks only after at least one card has been discarded. This ensures that the dealer cannot improve their hand via discards.
12. To offset the advantageous rules mentioned above, if the dealer busts with 22 points, all players remaining in the game will merely push instead of claiming a win.
