Introduction

Fortunes Blackjack is a side bet that depends on the initial two cards dealt to the player and the dealer’s visible card. A total of 19 to 21 will secure a win, with payouts varying based on the specific total and card makeup. It's similar to the aforementioned game, with differences lying only in the name and payout structure. Lucky Lucky I first encountered this wager at the Red Rock casino in Las Vegas on October 24, 2021.

The scoring for this game follows the same rules as traditional blackjack, where aces can be valued at either 1 or 11.

Rules

1. Winning outcomes are determined by the player’s starting two cards in conjunction with the dealer’s upcard.
2. The only payout structure I am aware of is displayed in the table below.
3. The subsequent table presents my findings based on a six-deck game, revealing a house edge calculated at 7.89% in the bottom right corner.
4. Pays are on a 'to one' basis.
