Perfect Pairs (Version 2)
Introduction
In the second version of the Perfect Pair side bet, a win occurs if either the Player or Banker hands consist of an identical pair, matching in both rank and suit, among the initial two cards dealt. Unlike traditional betting, this version rewards even more if both Player and Banker hands reveal a Perfect Pair. This type of wager is available at online casinos that provide live dealer experiences through Evolution Gaming. version 1 Typically, Baccarat is played using eight decks of cards, though sometimes only six decks are utilized.
Rules
- For the Perfect Pairs bet to win, at least one of the hands—either the Player's or the Banker's—must achieve a 'perfect pair' in the first two cards dealt. A 'perfect pair' refers to two matching cards in both rank and suit.
- If only one hand manages to create a Perfect Pair, the payout for the bet will be 25 to 1. If both hands achieve this, the payout increases significantly to 250 to 1.
- The following chart represents my analysis based on using eight decks of cards, with the bottom right cell indicating the house edge at 6.62%.
