6. Once reviewing their cards, the player must choose to either raise their bet or fold. Should they decide to fold, they will lose their Ante and Blind wagers, but any side bets will still remain active. On the other hand, if the player opts to raise, they must place a Play bet that matches their Ante stake.
7. The dealer will reveal their cards and will also compile the highest score in a single suit using three cards or fewer.
8. If the dealer's points exceed those of the player, the Ante, Blind, and Play wagers will be lost.
9. In case both the player and dealer tally the same points, the Ante, Blind, and Play bets will result in a push.
10. If the player's score is higher, both the Ante and Play bets will pay at even money, while the Blind bet will be paid according to the appropriate pay table below.
11. The Flush Bonus is awarded based on the number of cards a player holds in a single suit.
12. As of the current moment, there are two acknowledged progressive side bets, but I am not entirely clear on the rules for either of them, so I will delay discussing them for now.

Next, I'll share my fundamental strategy for playing 3 Card Blitz. This requires understanding the concept of penalty points. If a player holds 19 points, it's a pivotal moment for deciding to raise or fold. At this level, they should also consider the points held in the other three suits from their hand. If these are high-value cards, it benefits the player as it leaves lower cards for the dealer. I refer to the total points in those three suits that are not included in the player's hand as 'penalty points.'

Strategy

With 19 points, raise your bet if you have 20 or more penalty points; otherwise, fold.

Analysis

The bottom right cell indicates that the expected loss ratio to the Ante bet stands at 3.87%. This figure represents what could be understood as the house edge. However, it doesn't accurately reflect the game's worth to the player. On average, the final wager will be 2.802 times the Ante bet. I believe the better metric of value for players is the expected loss compared to the average bet amount, referred to as the Element of Risk, which calculates to 3.874% divided by 2.802, yielding 1.383%.

If players adopt a basic strategy of raising with any score of 19 or above, the house edge rises to 3.915%, while the Element of Risk increases to 1.395% (it's coincidental that both terms share similar numeric labels, albeit in a distinct sequence).
